Dog waste composting in mass quantities

I run a company that picks up and manages dog waste, we collect from residences as well as dog parks, community and townships in the US. We started composting the waste but would like to start using a worm farm. We know it has to be in a separate area but we would like to know how to start this way of composting for some of the waste.
Do you have tips or step by step guidance?
