Wurmfutter Einfrieren bringt's!

Seit ich das Futter für meine Würmer zunächst einfriere, ist innerhalb einer Woche davon nichts mehr übrig. Dieser Tip aus dem Artikel kann m.M.n. gar nicht genug betont werden.

Zuerst hatte ich die Reste in 1L Plastikgefriertüten gesammelt, aber das erzeugt eine Menge unnötigen Plastikmüll (und Nein, ich bin da kein Fanatiker). Mittlerweile nutze ich dafür leere Gurkengläser. Die kann man schön im Kühlschrank zwischenlagern, bis sie voll sind, dann ab in die Gefriertruhe damit.

Bei Bedarf ein Glas rausholen, einen Tag auftauen lassen (soll nicht zu kalt sein und nach einem Tag hat man durchgehend Zimmertemperatur) und dann ab zu den Würmern damit.

Wenn man da nach 2-3 Tagen reinschaut, sind da echte Wurmknäuels an den Stellen. Kann ich wirklich nur uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

freut mich das es so gut klappt mit deiner Wurmfarm.

Das du das Wurmfutter in Glas einfriest ist auch eine tolle Idee.
